Another project from 2020 Warranty where I spearheaded the modernisation of their outdated administration system. Given the extensive volume of user data, security enhancements were a key focus. This initiative provided an opportunity to significantly improve system usability and incorporate QuickBooks integration, which had become a strategic requirement.
The redesigned interface is optimised for larger computer screens, allowing for the efficient display of more information simultaneously. Additionally, the company’s branding colours were consistently applied throughout to maintain brand identity.
Moreover, I developed a large-screen office display featuring a dynamic presentation of sales team members alongside their managed vehicle dealers. This display showcases key sales metrics, including data segmented by day, month, and year, to support performance tracking and strategic planning.
